Ts. Zulkarnain Bin Ismail brings over 33 years of extensive working experience, with 24 years dedicated to managing multiple business units, government relations, and medium-to-large size enterprises, primarily within the PETRONAS Group. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines Golden with a Bachelor of Science & Metallurgy, he built a distinguished career spanning critical upstream roles, including Senior Wells Engineer in Algeria and Senior Manager, Wells Development Deepwater in Mauritania with PICL. His leadership expertise was further solidified as General Manager, Wells, Development Division at PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, and subsequently as Senior General Manager, Joint Venture Management for Malaysia Asset Upstream PETRONAS.

Today, Ts. Zulkarnain Ismail is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EPOMS Group Sdn. Bhd., and Chief Executive Officer for EPOMS Energy Sdn. Bhd.. Under his leadership, EPOMS has aggressively expanded its business portfolio beyond O&M activities, successfully securing its first Exploration & Production (E&P) operatorship through the Bambazon Cluster Small Field Asset (SFA) PSC, Erb South and forging strategic global partnerships to drive further international growth.

Today, Rizalman Haris Abdul Razak serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EPOMS Sdn. Bhd., leading the company’s strategic direction and operations. He spearheads the company’s commitment to operational excellence and growth, drawing upon his decades of experience in driving results across the most challenging facets of the energy sector. Izzat Amin brings over 17 years of technical and leadership experience spanning EPOMS and PETRONAS. As a PETRONAS scholar, he started his career in Kerteh with Production Planning Department, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB). In 2012, he was privileged to be part of the founding team tasked with building EPOMS as a wholly owned PETRONAS subsidiary. Before that, with PCSB he served as Operations Readiness & Strategy Assurance (ORSA) Engineer, Operations Engineer and Operations Supervisor onboard FPSO Perintis for MASA Field. At EPOMS, Izzat Amin rose through key leadership roles – Operations Manager, Head of Strategy & Commercial, Chief Commercial Officer, and Deputy CEO (Business Strategy and Development). Among his key achievements were leading major contract negotiations, driving the establishment of the company’s growth strategy, and strengthening overall performance by spearheading the development of the EPOMS Holistic Business Management and O&M Excellence Management System.

Today, Izzat Amin is the CEO for EPOMS Global Solutions, driving specialized solutions, engineering, and consultancy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honours from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaya.
